No, murder constitutes any senseless killing (not killing for meat), now hunting so one can make a trophy out of an animal head, that is murder. Even my dad agrees, and he's been a vegetarian for 30 years :P

Not that this little tiff isn't the most interesting conversation bout nothing, but under American law, murder constitutes the killing (in almost any fashion) of another human being. So to surmise yes the it doesn't make the most sense, it was a joke. If you're actually offended or whatever, ok. I'm not a vegetarian or care for them (didn't climb to the top of the food chain to eat acorns and such... I've lost my train of thought... eh sorry?

Oh forgot. Thanks for commenting!

haha^^ no worries I'm not offended in the least
yes murder constitutes the killing of another human being, BECAUSE it is NEVER seen as justifiable to murder another human being, "murdering" animals can be justified (at times) I lost my train of thought too.... I just like to look at the controversial stamps :D
:iconjoe-zombie:
NEVER? Stare Executions anybody? sorry now I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing... hee hee
:iconkisakinosuki:
well I mean citizens killing each other, if the government kills another human it's totally alright ;)
:iconjoe-zombie:
Against the act of excessive hostility any person(s) are allowed to injure, or in extreme cases, kill for the purpose of self defense.

Not until the republicans turn the vote.
:iconkisakinosuki:
no, they're the ones who made it like that. well not necessarily.... just close-minded 'epimethean'-types (ones who only think after doing something) :P
